Charles A. Sullivan, Jr. has been licensed to practice law in Florida since 1979. He obtained his undergraduate degree in business administration from Rollins College in 1976 and his law degree from Florida State University College of Law in 1979. He has been in private practice in Vero Beach, Florida, since being admitted to the Florida Bar in 1979.

Mr. Sullivan is married and has four children. He is a lifelong resident of the State of Florida. He is a past president of the Indian River County Bar Association and past chairperson of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee. Mr. Sullivan is a member of the Florida Bar and the Indian River County Bar Association.
